ABOUT OUR CLUB

SEASON 2010.

Pegasus Bowls Club is a section of the Pegasus Club of Coryton.The Pegasus Bowls club have approximately 28 men members and 14 ladymembers, But if any Pegasus Club member is interested in taking up bowls, then come along and meet us. We will give you all the instructions you want and you will know that you will be joining one of the best clubs in South East Essex. Our facilities are second to none in the county, Our Green is excellent and our Clubhouse and Bar facilities offer a comfortable place to relax after the game. If anyone is interested then please contact: Mrs Mary lane - secretary at the club office: 01375-672205.(Office Hours 9-00am to 5-00pm Mon to Fri).Our Outdoor season starts at the end of April 2010 and runs through to the first week in October 2010. We play friendly games only at weekends starting at approx 3pm and ending approx 6-30pm. We play mid-week games on Thursdays, They start at 2-30pm and end approx 5-30pm. the Men also play in the THURROCK AND DISTRICT BOWLS LEAGUE, which are played on a Weds Evening starting at 6-00pm. The Ladies also play in the T.A.L.B.A. League, Games being played Monday (Ladies Only) and Weds. So you can see we have an extremely full Bowls Programme for the season 2010. We have two club dances during the year,and a Bowls tour.So again if anyone wishes to have a enjoyable pastime in good company, then come along.
